Returns
Our policy states as followed,
We accept exchange or store credit only up to 7 days from the date the tracking number states it was delivered. We do not issue refunds for returns or cancellations. Returns must be within 7 days starting the date it was delivered.
To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that was received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ONCE ITEMS ARE IN USPS CARE AS WELL AS ERRORS OR MISTAKES MADE ON ADDRESS BUY THE CUSTOMER, SO PLEASE CONTACT THE POSTAL SERVICE YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO CLAIM IT WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. We are no longer responsible once a package has a tracking number number.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item(s). The exchange must be within 7 days starting the date it was delivered.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the customer, the person will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to the person.

The buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. According to the buyer location, the entire process time may vary.
If the customer is shipping an item over $75, the person must consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
